This is my first Corvette (2005 M6, LeMans Blue Metallic, so gorgeous) and also my first post here. I was driving the car home (private sale about 3 hours away) and my CEL came on. I scanned it, got P0171 as the code (Bank 1 Lean).
Doing research on this, I saw that could be a vacuum problem, dirty MAF, bad fuel pump/filter (would think I would get both banks with most of these), but I am only getting Bank 1 Lean. The car has a non stock CAI. I see a little whole on one part of it, and was curious what everyone thought of this, if this could be the cause of my problem. What do you guys think of this What is the red circle and is it a problem that it doesn't cover the hole?
Welcome to the Forum !!…you’ll need to get a scan tool on the car and see what the Long Term Fuel Trims look like on bank 2 !!…if it were an intake vacuum leak, fuel delivery issue or an air bridge leak downstream of the MAF sensor you would also throw a P0174…if it bank specific you would have a different diagnostic approach to this problem…usually a 0171/0174 sets about 23% on your long terms…your bank 2 may be close to that limit !!

Drove it to the gym tonight. Was on when going there. Went off on the way home. Attaching the photo of the fuel trim data anyway.
