Hi folks!
I am replacing my fuel pump and while at it would like to also replace the o rings of the connections I am disconnecting like the crossover tube, fuel lines, etc.
The o-rings are standard sizes. If you can not find the specific o-rings you can measure the width and the diameters and match the dimensions to a 4 digit o-ring size chart. Using a vernier you can get the inside diameter of the o-ring by measuring the O.D. of the part.
You should order the correct material, probably Viton for fuel and oil applications. Buna-N is softer and tends to swell when used with petroleum products.
The Parker O-ring Handbook is the standard reference, way more information than you need.
