This is the 3rd car I've done this kit, previously did it on my 07 and also my Nassau blue 99. Each time, I've seen .2 to .3 volts more charging output and this time I notice that the car is just running smoother - and I mean it's like butter!
The install is simple and I have to say, the instructions are the best of any aftermarket item I've ever seen.

Hi Nosferatu333,
Sorry we don't have a Big 3 for the ZR1, only for the Standard C6, GS and Zo6.
Haven't gotten our hands on a ZR1 to prototype one on.
Not sure of the name of the color of that ZR1 on our site. It was just such an awesome looking ZR1 picture
that we had to put it on our site for everyone to see.
I like it too only some feed back to share. The wire fuse black box with sticky tape recommendation to the fuse box makes it difficult to remove or install a battery.

Hi,
Thanks for the input. We have sold a few hundred C6 Big 3's and you are the first to mention that it interferes with battery removal and install.
We even have one on our C6 and the battery clears. Maybe some batteries might be a little bigger then others.
If your your battery doesn't have quit enough clearance I would recommend that you and anyone else pop the cover on the fuse box off.
That will give you a little more clearance that might be just what you need.
If all of my connections are clean and tight, is there still an improvement? I have an aftermarket head unit pushing stock speakers. No add on amp. Shouldn't be much over stock as far as load goes. I do have an underdriven crank pulley. Idle is turned up due to bigger camshaft.

Thank you,

Yes SIr that is what i had to do for a quick fix was remove the line fuse cover for a quick second.
It clears it but like i said just some feed back you have to swing in an optima in and out at an angle and not a straight drop in hope you don't bump it or drop it on it..
