It's not your MAF sensor. The SLP intake is either disrupting the airflow going through the MAF causing the codes or it has increased the airflow beyond what the ECU can adjust for. That's why putting the stock intake back on is making the codes go away.
Your car likely needs a tune to allow the intake to work properly with your car and not have codes. Do you have any other mods such as headers?
Damn aftermarket CAIs seem to do this a lot. Happened to me on my LS3 with a Corsa brand intake. I tried tightening the clamps, cleaning the MAF, reinstalling the intake, but I eventually had to put my stock one back on. The only small change the computer would accept without throwing a code was for me to slightly mod and open-up the stock AI. The codes never reappeared after that.
I have a LS3 car. Took off my factory CAI and replaced it with a Z06 CAI and had no problems. Then replaced the Z06 CAI with an Airaid CAI recently, again no problems.
