Default LS7 valve spring question

So I have a typical H/C/I C6Z making 570 wheel hp, I did the Head and cam swap 10 years ago now but have only put 7-8k miles on it in that time. The cam has decently high lift in the .660 range. The valve springs are PAC 1207’s with titanium retainers. My question is should I be swapping these springs out with new ones based on the years of being installed or mileage? I planned on swapping them out at 20k miles when I did the original install but I just haven’t driven it as much as I thought. The other factor I just thought of is I have Johnson reduced travel lifters in as well so I’m not sure if those cause more wear on the springs. Anyways I’m curious on your guys thoughts about this.

I'm running PAC springs, albeit not 1207s. That said, I believe PAC is as good as, or better than, any spring out there. I have 37,000 miles/8 years on mine, and they work fine. I plan on changing them out next spring (no pun intended). I'm not recommending you go that many miles, as I'm probably pushing my luck. Bottom line is you should be fine changing at 20,000-25,000 miles. However, I suspect your cam may be a bit wilder than mine. My lift is .603"/.608". To exaggerate, if your cam is .700"+ lift, I wouldn't go to 25,000 miles, or maybe even 20,000. If you're around .640" lift, 20,000 should be fine......

Mileage.

And I don't see that the short travel lifters would in any way put more stress on the springs.

Also, titanium retainers will wear so you should inspect those and likely replace them at the same time as the springs.
