Seat Belt Issue
The drivers side seat belt does not self retract the belt when unlatched very far.
Is it possible to remove the upper belt retraction assembly and add a few turns to the spring mechanism to increase the spring force?

No accident but I did remove the original seat belts and installed a six point harness.
I re-installed the original seat belts and 2 months later the return spring tension is low.
