GM tech line explanation needed
Hello,
I’m just curious how GM’s SPS2 works with used modules and such. I’m no technician or anything but I know that many modules are VIN locked.
I’ve had some issues with my car and I want to know if getting a USED 2005 BCM can be reprogrammed using SPS2.
