Default Flycut Ls3 Pistons

Wondering if anyone knew if I need to flycut flat top ls3 pistons for my cam (unmilled head). The old motor this cam came in were L99 flycut pistons

Bigger duration cams with similar LSA's and more lift fit just fine. So will this one. Here's one that comes to mind: Lingenfelter GT1-1 Hyd Roller Camshaft 350-383-427 LS1 LS2 LS3 LS6

probably not

I ran a 236/252
.646 lift
113 + 4 on stock LS3 pistons
no isuues
