Aux power outlet
Have a 2007 base. When I plug my Bluetooth/phone charger into the aux power outlet in the center console, whether car’s running or not, it works fine.But when I plug my portable air pump in it doesn’t work, panel on air pump doesn’t light up. Can I use the cigarette lighter? ( when I plug it into the cigarette lighter in my 90 vette pump works fine). Do I need a power booster?

The 2 outlets are on different fuses. The one in the console is on a 15 amp fuse and is the one I use for my air compressor. The cig lighter is on a 10 amp fuse and my compressor sometimes blows it.
Sounds like there must be some damage to either your compressor plug or your console outlet, it should work just fine.
