2008 Convert Ign Issue

Before I drill a 6" hole in my trunk to get to the door opener, does anyone know if a slim jim will work to open the door. I was hooking up the winter trickle charger and the hood slammed down. Took out my key to open things up and there is some bondo in the key way on the trunk opener and thus could not get the key. noe what?

jack the car up in front and you can attach the charger at the starter

If the battery's dead a trickle charger does little and is bad for your battery. Look at the 5 amp Deltran, been using one for years,
