It sounds like the same thing I am going through, TT issues. I found my front coupler completely destroyed and front bearing wore slam out. Check out these vids I made of the noise mine was making.

I just had my torque tube and couplers replaced a month or so ago..I took another video this morning let me see if I can get it to load.

Not sure if this helps but on a whim added some MMO and once warm it sounded like this…

let it get cold and went back to tapping…
