New headers, no cruise control
Earlier this year I installed some hooker blackheart tri-y headers, and a few months ago I had some trouble with my cruise control not engaging when I switch it on. After I flick the switch to the on position, the info center doesn't inform me that the cruise control has been turned on and thus, will not set any speed for the cruise control. I've checked fuses, all are in good working order. The clutch return spring (or whatever it's called :p) needs to be replaced, but it didn't affect the cruise control before hand. I can pull the clutch back to what is supposed to be its engaged, resting position and the cruise control switch still will not turn on, or accept a set speed.
I have a Stage 2 TSP Cam kit installed as well, that has valve springs and push rods upgraded.
I hope this isn't too wordy and that I described things accurately enough that I can get some suggestions on what else to check. Do I need to provide more info? Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!
