I’ve got a lifter tick and misfire and in the process of tearing down the heads for inspection on my LS3. I hope it’s not a worn cam lobe. I’ve posted the build sheets below. A video is also attached for diagnostic assistance.
Compression tests show 150-157psi on all cylinders.
