One vendor says 526 lb/in on the front for C6 Z06. Still looking for the rear but I've got $5 that says it's similar given this car's weight distribution.
From what I've read, you can't compare the spring rates of the leaf springs to coilovers. Same rate will feel different between the two types of spring.
I don't think GM ever published the spring rates and I've seen too many variations of this chart to believe any of them, frankly. I've definitely seen the rates you posted before too.

You read correctly. No comparison between leaf spring numbers and coil spring numbers.
I have 400 Lb/in rear coilovers on my GS ... If I ever were to install 700+ Lb/in coilovers in the rear, the car would ride as hard as a logging truck !
