starting problems
I have a 2007 C6 convertible I had a problem with shifting the shifter would just move back and forth. I read you can change he bushing on the shift linkage and now it shifts but won't start or even light up the dashboard icons. I'm lost any suggestions someone said to disconnect the battery and everything should reset. I'm lost

I think we need more details...so you put new bushings in a Manual shifter? I assume you removed the console etc? Are all of the connections back correctly, not that those should really effect startup.
