Default Issues with programming key fob

Hi All,

I am having an issue programming my key fobs for my 2007 C6. Over a period of time I would have to use the glove box slot to start my car and eventually even the glovebox slot no longer does the trick. I have followed the procedure to reprogram the fobs before and the fob work for a short time, now I can't get the car to recognize the #1 fob during the programming setup at all.

I have extensively searched the forums and videos and tried all of the tricks that I could find out there. I can hear the RCDLR clicking when I hit the start button, but the display keeps telling me know fob detected and the start button never turns green. The only time i can get the start button to turn green is for a moment after a failed fob programming when i hit the start. Gauges don't light up or move, just the security lock flashes.

I have changed the batteries out in my fobs and my car. I have also verified i get proper voltage on both
I bought a clone Tech2 and unable to communicate with the RCDLR, ECM or BCM but can retrieve and see other info from the scanner
Checked all of the fuses, disconnected the battery to reset
Unplugged and checked the contections on the RCDLR, BCM and ECM
I have no LED accessories in the car and have placed the fobs about 20 feet away during the programming cycle
Grounds look fine (still have to check the starter ground)

I'm sure I am missing something so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading
