Drove my 07 base a half hour to the store no issues. Drove to a different store 5 minutes away after. When I got there I turned off the car and got a no fob detected. Turned back on and off a few times with the same result even with pulling thr key out of my pocket. Upon leaving the store I had to put the fob in the glovebox to start it. When I got home I could not replicate the problem. Never had this issue before and battery was changed a couple months ago with an energizer lithium 2032. Any ideas? Maybe just a fluke?

There could be a source of radio interference at that particular location.
I had a malfunctioning garage door opener receiver that jammed the fob signal when you parked under it. Turn off the circuit breaker to the garage door and the fobs worked fine.

you nailed it! I went back to the same location today to check and it happened again.

Oh wow, thanks for that. I got one of those a few weeks ago in a hospital parking lot. I suppose there could be some signals bouncing around in that environment.
If you shield the fob or the RDCLR, then one can't see the other. You could shield your phone or your Bluetooth accessory, but then they won't work.
There are lots of different phones and Bluetooth accessories, so your best bet is probably to try other makes/models.
Yes I was worried if you shield it, the fobs will also be shielded from it. I figured out how to use it with my phone and transmitter but nowadays with different frequencies happening all around you, it will always happen somewhere so I would just love to find a solution to this. Other manufactures use similar modules and don't suffer from the same issues.
