Headlights cycle on and off while parked and locked

Default Headlights cycle on and off while parked and locked
Is my '08 C6 possessed? I park it and every few minutes the tail/ parking lights come on, the full high beams. Then they go off for 30 seconds, rinse and repeat. I had to disconnect the battery. Has anyone ever seen this before?

It sounds like something is pressing on your fob's unlock button.

Its lint that is trapped between the rubber push button cover, and the plastic cover.

Lean how to pull the fob apart to clean it parts to remove the trapped lint, and all will good with the world again.
