2011 ls3 cam , headers , exhaust, tune. Made 414/410
did a&a ti , meth , circle d 3400 , 3.8 pulley , 80# injectors made 553/608
the cam was on the car when i bought it so i dont know what it is . The cam made no hp so im sure its just for sound . I feel like something is wrong and my hp should be higher around 650 and torque should be lower .

When torque is higher, it usually comes from low static compression ratio. As in something you'd see with a 9.5:1 static CR. A cam that created a really low dynamic compression ratio might be able to do it. I'd get a mod to move this over to the forced induction page. Lots of guys with similar setups there.
414/410 is really low for any kind of cam + bolt ons rig.
Maybe, or may have a restrict plate in play instead.
Hence specs on the TIPerformance Specs
Internal Step-Up Ratio: 3.61:1
Max Speed: 52,000 RPM
Max Boost: 22 PSI
Max Flow: 1,250 CFM
Max Power: 900
HP Peak Efficiency: 78%
Also, need to now your injector percentage rates, since may need larger injector, or more fuel pressure/volume, and why tuner ran in to theses as the stopping block instead.
Check your chart make sure tq and hp are equal at 5252 rpm if not something is wrong with chart. Also make sure chart is not one of those right column is this and left column is that different scales.

Good advice. TQ reflects the combination's maximum ability to fill the cylinders (volumetric efficiency). HP reflects the combination's ability to continue this efficient cylinder filling at high RPMs. Low TQ at high rpm (which is another way of saying low relative HP) is usually indicative of an airflow restriction somewhere...usually on the intake side of things. Causes may include improper camshaft selection, poor flowing heads, inadequately flowing air intake/filter, throttle body, or anything else between the outside world and the intake valve.

i had a leak . The boast line to the blow off valve was melted . To close to headers . Went from 550/600 to 650/600 with a pulley down and fix the boast pressure
