Default Horn Sometimes INOP

Hey everyone so here's the situation. My horn sometimes works and well sometimes doesn't. I've swapped the relays out, even the micro fuse (#2 I believe). At first it seemed like it was due to the connector to the horn wasn't seating properly so I replaced that and tested it out. Worked when I press on the Horn (steering wheel), panic button, even when I lock the car. After awhile it'll cut off. I'm not hearing any clicking from the relay so im thinking it goes further into the fuse box but i'd like to know y'alls thoughts are before I start chipping away possible in the wrong direction.

(Edit) Model: 2005 C6

Could be your clock spring is going bad. Also I suggest you add the year and model of your Vette when posting questions.
