Default Supporting Mods Needed for 500+ WHP

Wondering what supporting mods I'd need for a C6 LS2 A6. Currently installing headers, HB, tsp cam kit with dual springs, new pushrods, and the 228R cam. I know and have already ordered a new torque converter at 3200 stall. What other parts should I be upgrading to keep the motor from self-destruction?

That cam isnt going to get you to 500 RWHP in an automatic unless you're adding a supercharger with it.

Looser converter will show less whp on the dyno but will make the car quicker.

You'll be lucky to make 450 wheel on that cam. We ran it on an ls1 with ported 243s and only managed 420 through an auto with a 3800 stall. 500hp out of an ls2 n/a is going to require head work and a more radical cam.

500 rwhp through an A6 requires a really good set of cylinder heads, a really healthy camshaft, and a really good intake manifold. + a pile of money. It's going to drive really shitty on the streets too. 6 or 8psi from a blower setup would get you there and maintain drivability. The blower setup would be cheaper too.

Sorry but 500+ whp NA on an LS2 will need an extensive list of mods. If you want 500+ whp naturally aspirated you need a larger displacement motor.

My car is a GS with an E-force, Kooks headers, ZR1 cam running about 7.5 psi and I am at 560 whp.
