I am a bigginer on engine mods, and I would like to cam my corvette, but I don't know how to select the right cam shaft kit, my corvette is all stock and I would like to keep it legal for California (my goal is increase the HP on my vette), I will appeciate any help, thanks and have a good day.

Keep it stock. The car is scary fast now. Emissions laws in Calif are brutal. You will end up buying hot stickers because the car won't pass emissions. Speed costs money, how fast do you want to go? Just sayin'.
Being in Cali unfortunately you don't really have any options that are viable. Any cam you do is going to require a tune and any tune you do is going to make you fail emissions. That being said if your saying damn the torpedos, BTR and Texas Speed both have great mild options.

Yup ... Any changes made to your computer is an automatic smog failure now in California.
