Getting reduce engine power and service traction control I have replaced throttle body , accelerator pedal and 4 sensor in circut A code still came back help please.
What year is the car ??…there is no info in your profile…there are 2 each 5 volt reference circuits that come from the ECM and P0641 is circuit #1…there are 6 sensors involved in that circuit…with a scan tool and looking at that 5 volt reference circuit start disconnecting each sensor…when scan tool goes from “fault” to “OK” you’ve found the bad sensor…if disconnecting each sensor does not resolve your issue you have a wiring sensor…possible short to ground !!
Still getting code P0641 after having it checked out, the strange thing it will set off code and the next morning when I go to take it back to shop the check engine light and service traction control lights are out and car performance is normal.
Are you saying that when the engine cools completely after sitting all night, all is good? If so, when does the code return? After the engine is completely warmed up again? Or does it behave randomly, and all is well for 2 or 3 days, or? The more complete info you can provide will help people zero in on the issue......

Other than the P0641 what other DTC’s were set ??…don’t know what type of shop you took your car to but find yourself an auto-electric shop to diagnose this…intermittent issues take a little time to diagnose!!
I can drive the car for 2 or 3 days. It gets to normal operation temperature. And then when I start to accelerate it goes into the reduce engine mode /service traction control. Then if I dont drive the car for a day or so the codes go away.
I've delt with this and car has been down a few months. Chasing electrical gremlins is a pain. I honestly just started rewiring everything around the headers and starter. Mine is a bit different as it is constant now.
Still no luck fixing p0641 issue, took it to dealership they said fuel relay then App sensor still not fixed. I've tried some of the suggestions still no luck.
First mistake was taking the car to a dealership for a diagnosis...they're clueless !!...if this 0641 keeps popping up take the car to an auto electric shop...unless you understand how the 5 volt reference circuit operates you are just wasting your time !!
While unlikely, check even the ones you replaced to rule out a bad sensor out of the box.
100% you should diagnose the problem with the right scanner and only change out a bad part. Then verify that the new part is good. Throwing parts at a problem can create more problems.
