Default Window indexing, Driver door ajar and strange problems.

Hello all, before i begin and anyone else decides to suggest window indexing...i have tried every way mentioned on the web and in service manuals. the passenger window will train up just fine. The driver window will not. it stays down enough to open to the door. The trunk also pops when battery is reconnected, On ground connector G301 i get 12 volts. This is the ground by the kick panel that comes off for the door latch replacement. if you use the window switch only 240 counts are obtained. If you run the window up to 255 counts with the scan tool it will stay there until the lock button is pushed to unlock or the window switch it held up. very strange to me. The regulator was replaced for this window recently and one year prior the outside door switch in addition to the door latch was replaced. Operation of the driver window switch does not stay pressed like the passenger does when held up or down by watching data in scan tool. ive checked fuses and relays. also inspected wiring and connectors for faults of corrosion. nothing is coming to my attention. any help would be appreciated. Another strange thing i noticed...... the express down feature on driver window will work at times but it will not show the second click of the window switch as indicating the express down feature is being used like it does on the passenger window.
