Default Leaking Dewitts Radiator

Hello. I have a Dewitts radiator with internal oil cooler (I added a Z52 oil cooler) in a base 2013 C6 installed in 2014. It has a small leak on the driver's side that will leave a drip if I get the car to 187 degrees or a small puddle if it gets to 220 degrees. I run 33% Dexcool and do use the car on the racetrack for open track days. I usually save working on the car for over the winter and am wondering if there is any risk in driving it thru this spring thru fall season and doing the radiator repair of replacement next winter? If all I have to do is add some coolant every now and then, that's not a big deal. If there is a risk of catastrophic failure or possibly coolant getting into oil thru the cooler, I will do the replacement now. Also, can the radiator be repaired vs. replaced as I know I don't want to use stop leak in the car? Thanks

I think that's where it is leaking as there's only dampness right in the very bottom where the finds meet the header. Do you know if a radiator shop can fix that and is there any risk of coolant getting into the oil side?

I would just remove the radiator, bring it over to a local radiator repair shop who will pressure test it and weld up whatever is leaking. No point futzing around
Good luck

Put a couple tabs of Bars leak in, It's good for the radiator and the water pump

I called Dewitts and just found out they have a lifetime warranty. Now I just have to figure out how to ship it to Michigan withiut it getting damaged.

If you are the original owner of the radiator, I would contact DeWitt's.
