Radiator leaks in C6?

Any issues with cracked plastic parts in radiator for
C6 Corvette? I suspect scraping front air dam
vibrates radiator support.
NHTSA makes no mention.

yes its a shitty design by GM so just buy the Dewitts although i have used engineered cooling systems version that was just as good and half the price

Mine cracked in April 2022. Driver side, 4 inch crack. 05 125,000 miles. Replaced with a radiator from RockAuto.

I ended up replacing mine with a Dewitts about a year and a half ago, I also replaced all the coolant hoses.

Ironically, my Dewitts developed a leak in august. stop leak took care of it

I have 124K miles on my 2006, and no leaks thus far. I did have to replace my water pump at 30K miles due to a seal leak.
I replaced all my coolant hoses at that time with molded silicone hoses...no issues.
