Ho all, im rebuilding my ls9 and measure the clearance of the rod bearing with std clevite cb-663hn and i have 0.092mm! Its not really good but i dont know if there IS bearing on the market that Can resolve my problem
Any Idea?
Crank measured AT 53.32mm
On the measurement--did you torque the rod caps first? Are you measuring top to bottom and not near the split line? Have you double-checked with Plastigage? People rag (unfairly) on Plastigage, but it has a lot going for it.
