hello evertone,
its been a while since ive been lurking, but my build has finally picked up momentum. im at the intake throttle body and injectors, im asking because i know im not the first to do this, in fact im very late to the party but that lateness brings alot of wisdom from those who have been here before me..

ive decided on the ptr ls3 intake in 112mm intake , im going to use a nick williams 112 TB , or do i even need a TB that bid, from what ive seen on comparisons to smaller TBs it makes a difference.
and i want to tickle every last bit i can out of this engine, it cost too much not to.
my problem is that i have 2005 vette, 2005 ls2 uses the silver blade throttle body,
can someone tell which NW throttle i need to be compatible with my ecm, (or will it even be compatible)
i know its not going to run correctly without a tune but it would be nice if i could at least start it. but this may not be possible.
i read about the gold and silver TBs opening in different directions, and i dont know if that causes a problem with using a NW TB or maybe its not an issue at all
i have not been able to find a contact number for nick williams

some advice on injector size would would be awesome, its a 416, 10.8:to 1 comp, ptr XS 112 intake, 112 TB, M311 heads, going to 7500 , i know its hard to pin point an injector size but a round about will be cool,
any advice is appreciated,

I used 60lb injectors, made 690 HP NA @ crank on engine dyno
Duty cycle ~68-70% enough for 750+ @ 90%

 

nice, 60 to 65 is what i was thinking, sounds like 60 is more than enough ,,,thank you .

 

do i need anything other than tuning, to use a NW 112 TB on a 2005 corvette, with e40 ecm..
