Supercharged C6 throwing ac belts

aren’t these like 6 rib setups too? IMHO, the only way I would ever do a blower again is if it was 10 rib and if separate belts for main drive. Throwing a belt sucks when it’s all 1 big belt and sitting on the side of the highway to avoid overheating.
On the HB, you have the pulley bolted to the crank hub so two are held solid in rotation,

While on the other types of HB's, you have the rubber layer between the inner and outer pulley, that can allow the torque to pulley to cause a lot of slop as the rubber section deflects.

same with the PB 1117N-SS, and although is does have the outer pulley retained to inner hub, still has the inner rubber layer, and can break it bond to allow the two to slip against each other from the increased blower tension on the belt.
Short of that, then its the back pressure from the A/C compressor to HB that the A/C belt tensioner can not keep up with that belt slap, and and what is causing the belt to be deflect off. Hence are you running the ecs updated A/C tensioner, that has more spring pressue?

If yes, and still slinging belts off with AtI HB in play, then may be time to go to a mech A/C tensioner instead.
