No factory parts available to rebuild a oem lower shifter box, and will need to buy a new shifter box instead.
To take is one more step, if you did have all the parts, including rod , the old bushing could be pressed out, and a new delrin bushing make to instead.
As for solution, since factory shifter boxes do tend to wear out quickly, look at picking up an MGW shifter, that will come with a new lower box as well.
If you can send your box in to be rebuilt I can have it back in the mail within a day or two day. I don't have any cores in stock at the moment but I do have aftermarket billet lower boxes to replace the factory box completely if you can't send your box in. Either of the two options will feel significantly better than it did the day the car rolled off the factory floor and it will stay that way for the life of the car. If your running a stock shifter I have a much better bushing for the bottom pivot as well. If you want to talk about options let me know.
