Clutch won’t disengage
My clutch won’t disengage with the car on. When it’s off it engages gear. When I turn the car on in gear I can smell the clutch.
I’ve bled the master and slave with a vacuum bleeder but it still feels like there’s air in the system.
When I bleed the system the car returns to normal. Butter smooth shifts. But after sitting for a day or two, turning the car on and shifting it will act fine until the issue returns. No leaks on the master, vacuum bleeder holds consistent pressure.
I noticed when bleeding the master side there were tons of tiny bubbles being sucked out. Should I just leave it connected to the vacuum bleeder for like 30 minutes or is there something else going on?
also when driving in the city I had my foot on the clutch, I felt the pressure change and could no longer disengage the clutch and shift out of gear with the car on. I had to turn it off. Shift into second and get it home
also I thought it was my shift collar clamp but that has been replaced with a new bolt. I’ve adjusted my Tmod shifter which seemed to resolve the issue initially. But I think the issue is elsewhere at this point
What else would you suggest to check?

Clutch, throw out, master, trans fluid, tmod shifter, dot 4 fluid, shift collar clamp and bolt - all have been replaced
pedal has 1 inch of dead space with no resistance and then it feels consistent until the clutch disengages. Pedal returns normally on its own
