Year will help,
but short version is install BCM , then use either Tis2000 with tech 2 if car is 2008 or older, or use Ac delco TDS SPS with tech 2 if car is 2009 or newer, to SPS flash and marry the new BCM to the car,
As for SPS flashing the new module into the car, remove radio fuse, and "use replace and flash" when SPS flashing in the new bcm to the car..This will insure that all the modules are on the correct security code as the new BCM to the car.
Once module has been SPS flashed, then use Tech2win with the tech II, to go into BCM set up, to make sure that all the RPO's on the car, have been correctly selected during the SPS flashing in the BCM.
