A flashing cel normally indicates a misfire, but my car isn't. No codes are stored, so I replaced coils, plugs, wires, put fuel cleaner in. Took it to a corvette master mechanic, he said the car runs great, maybe something with the edelbrock tune, so I had it tuned. He says everything looks great, the car runs strong, I donno.

Normally a Corvette “Master Mechanic” to me is a master at oil and brake changes…99.99% are weak in diagnostics…have your master mechanic try a crankshaft variation learn with a scan tool if you don’t actually FEEL the misfires.

Did that 2 weeks ago. I've been through all the forums looking into it. The only thing I haven't done is the injectors and battery, which the battery dropped to 11v when I was stuck in traffic with the a/c on. Tune guy checked my fuel trims and everything looks good

Your Tech should look for any stored misfires in “Global OBD2” and not enhanced…he might see some there in Mode 6…the ECM grounds the wire that illuminates the MIL…maybe take a look at that wire and make sure it’s not shorting to ground intermittently
…sorry but can’t diagnose it for you over the Internet.
To add one more point of reference, check to see if your state performs a physical inspection of the exhaust system as part of the emissions test. In Connecticut this has been an integral part of the test, including cars that are being registered in-state for the first time. If a car originally was factory equipped with catalytic converters and they have been removed, the car will fail the inspection.
