2008 LS3 LT3 some times the ABS and Traction control needing service comes on but then sometimes it will not appear. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced this issue? And what May be the issue? The car drives great even with the indicator lights on.
Thanks

Any number of faults will cause those warnings. For example, a failing wheel speed sensor. The car may drive great, but when the indicator lights are on your anti-lock brakes, traction control, active handling, etc. are disabled.
Code(s) are stored in your car's ABS computer. Your next step is to retrieve them with a scan tool that is able to read GM/Corvette ABS codes. A cheapo generic tool will not see them.
Do not disconnect the battery in an attempt to fix the problem. All that will do is discard the stored code(s), preventing you diagnosing an intermittent fault.
Yes, like above, there are numerous problems that can cause these messages to appear. I was getting them intermittently, and then a code for cyl 3 misfire and cyl 3 injector problem. I tested and then replaced the injector and I don't get abs or tc warnings anymore.
Go to AutoZone, O'Reiley's, etc and get a code scan.
Apparently, it's GM's way to force you to get your bad parts replaced, even though you may not have set a trouble code yet.
Pull the codes/history codes, and if it/they make sense like wheel speed sensor on one of the wheels is acting up, may be that the wheel sensor connector just needs to be pulled so it and the hubs pins can be cleaned with spray electrial cleaner, then reconnected all the way in, to solve the problem (hence don't have to replace the wheel hub that has build in sensor that is not replaceable without replacing the entire hub..
On the other hand, if the codes are all over the map and not pointing you in a clear direction (like say the EBCM connector needs to be unplugged to clean it and the pins), could be even simpler problem, like one of your spark plugs wires coming loose from the one of the coils under the rail cover instead.
Trust me, no clear code for one of the spark plug wires popping off, but when it happens, throws all kinds of other funky codes isntead.
