Default Sway bar end links

What is everyone using for sway bar end links. My factory ones are worn out and looking to replace them.

rockauto has GM replacements for $120 for all 4 but I wasn’t sure what is a lot better but doesn’t rattle. I have seen a few threads of people saying they have aftermarket adjustable ones and they rattle a little which i do not want noisy links.

rockauto also has some cheap ones, set of 4 for $25? Not sure if they will hold up or not.

The GM OEM ones are fine. I replaced all 4 6 years ago and they are still like new - no clicking or slop. That said, I can't speak for after market types.

It depends on how much you drive your car, how often you want to change them, etc.
It appears that the oem ones don't last a long time. Mine (and many others) got loose at around 35k miles. I bought Moog replacements, which were very popular at the time (probably still are). The big selling points were that they were longer lasting steel vs the aluminum oem, greaseable, etc. A good choice, I think.

6 yrs doesn't mean much. How many miles?

Go with the Moog improved design. They will save you a ton of headache. Also, install with a torque wrench, not an impact.

I am going to lower the car but not a drastic amount. Maybe 1.5” all around. Going to max it out on factory lowering bolts first and see how I like it with the new wheels and tires that are going to be here in about another month. I’m also going to upgrade my shocks. I’m thinking about going with bilstein drm’s.

having said all of that. What would adjustable sway bar links do for me? The price tag of the Steinjager’s are very appealing.

Shortly after buying my C6 it developed some drivetrain clunking issues. I spent a lot of time looking for it (eventually found it involved the parking brake), one item involved checking the sway bar ends. There was definite play in 2 of them so I replaced all 4. I used Moog greaseable unit and I've been more than pleased with them.

Pfadt billet adjustable. I went through three sets of OEM prior to the Pfadt units. 2006 with Z51 option.
