Purchased a 2008 c6z and had this evap line hooked to the back of a holley hi ram intake manifold. Upon further inspection, the hose was collapsed and was under vaccumm. I traced this line to the very rear of the car and appears to be an evap line that goes into the rear of the car on the passenger side, in front of resr bumper.
What do I do with this line? If I plug it back in, and leave the check valve, it will pull vaccuum but collapse the line.
Car is NA, has a walboro 525 pump and return style if it matters.
I found this evap line as well, which was never hooked to anything since I've bought the car. It runs to the rear of the car as well but go into the charcoal system in front of the passenger rear wheel into the fender area behind the door.
After some digging, it appears that first line with the collapsed hose was for the NPP mufflers. It no longer has so that will be removed.
The second evap line i posted that was left open since I've had the car, has a fuel smell to it if you suck the line. Is this line something I could hook to the intake manifold where the previous (1st) line originally went?
