Correct Fluid for 2008 C6 M6 trans?
So, I'm getting some confusing info from the dealer re: the current fluid being used for the C6 M6 trans fills/flushes?
Was going to pick up 5qts for my Z51 to do a flush this weekend, and was told that the Dextron III GM 88861800 has been replaced by GM 19540137 , a *75-90 manual/transfer case fluid* ????

Was hoping to do this work this coming weekend, but, I'm at a loss. This can't possibly be the right fluid, can it?
I've found one thread here discussing aftermarket fluids, but really didn't find any consensus on what would be the best for my daily driven and regularly autocrossed C6...
Any autocrossers/time trial competitors / track night people in C6s have any thoughts/recommendations?

Your looking for Dexron III/Mecon atf fluid
If you can not find the GM branded, then this is the same fluid.

And no, the LS diff fluid
If you need another source for that fluid that is not GM, not hard to find as well under the mobil 1 branding.

GM/AC Delco Dexron Ls Gear Oil (75W90) Quadrasteer Fluid
is not the same fluid that is used in the diff, that is used in the trans as well.If you need another source for that fluid that is not GM, not hard to find as well under the mobil 1 branding.
