Frankenstein M712s
Good evening.
I have been doing a fair amount of research about the various head options, as well as cams, intake manifolds, headers etc.
I have a 2007 Zo6 with low miles, that I just purchased and want to make sure I address the heads issue before too many more miles
roll over on the car.
I’m thinking of going with the M712s ($2k less than the M710s) to avoid any valve issues down the road. Can those that have used these heads chime in and let me know your
thoughts on them and their performance as I don’t see much about them, since I assume they are fairly new.
I was also thinking of going with a moderate cam, possibly a BTR stage 2 and a MSG intake manifold.
I’ll eventually get headers probably ARH 2’’.
Also for those that went with these heads, any other things that need to be upgraded to run them?
