Cam Experts. Compare 2 cams behavior
1. 227/242 .590/.591 116 LSA 121 ICL
2. 227/245 .630/.630 116 +4.5
Both appear to be similar, but I suspect there will be some slight differences in the curve. This is for the LS7.
How will the 2nd cam compare to #1?

#2 will make a little more power due to the higher lift. Probably couldn't tell them apart manners wise. The half a degree more advance that #1 has isn't enough to matter. Are these lift figures with 1.7 or 1.8 ratio rocker arms?

Will be 1.8 on LS7 heads.
#1 Is the GM 570 cam I had in my first engine, part of the crate package.
#2 is Katech Touring cam, newer offering said ti be better than the Torquer 116 cam in all ways.
