To flush or not to flush, that is the question!
20K ‘05 stick. Just drain and fill or add a flush?

Never heard of "flushing" a manual trans.... I recently did a fluid change and used

AMSOIL Signature Series Multi-Vehicle 100% Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid

.... shifts nice and smooth.

nothing to flush unless you have cooler/lines to cycle through, but I'd just drain and refill

Just did my C5Z. Drain and refill with Amsoil Torque-Drive. Motive fluid pump and container make the job MUCH easier!
