So... my AC tensioner failed, causing the belt to come off and it pulled the cam sensor wiring out. From what I see on another thread here, there's supposed to be like a patch harness of sorts:
Well... that's gone. Long gone. No idea where it went. So I need to make a new one. The GM part appears to be discontinued for it.
So my plan was buy two pigtails, spice together on the bench, and presto - problem solved.
I got the part number for the male connector that goes into the cam sensor itself: 12059595 (top half of the wiring in the photo, basically)
But I can't find the female end that goes to the actual harness (bottom half of wiring).
If you can't find the engine harness connector you can buy any 3 pin male and female connector...may take some depinning and soldering....you can find connectors at mouser.com
