I have this car at my house now and want to carry out a fuelpump voltage drop test but have problems with locating the fuelpump connector C459 .
Can anyone advice me how to locate this connector ?
Do I need to remove any cover below left fueltank similar to what I need to do on my own C5 carring out same voltage measurent on the C408 (C5) connector ?

Is this the correct location of G401 for the fuelnpump?

That is G401...to access X459 you must remove the left rear tire and remove the wheel house panel.

I just carried out these voltagedrop testing while the car was idling .
Thanks to Rob I was able to locate the Connector C459.
Current draw approx. 8,4 Amp.

Battery voltage 14.5 Volt (multimeter)
Relay in: 14.0 volt (green line)
Relay out(to pump) 13.96 volt(violet line)
Pump + (C459): 13.41 volt(blue line)
Pump-(C459) : 40mV (yellow line)

Pressure on Gauge connected to fuel rail approx. 61psi

These values seems fine to me , agree Rob ?

I don't know how you do your VD testing but to check positive side of FP circuit one lead of DMM on battery positive and other lead back probed on the wire after X459...on negative side from battery negative to ground wire after X459...just tell me total VD on positive and negative side...should be less than 0.5 volts on each !!...just tell me both numbers.

As listed above the VD between battery positive and pump positive is 14.5-13.4 volt=1.1 volt.

Negative side less then 0.1 volt.

Is high drop on positive side a common problem?
A drop of 0.5 volt between battery positive and relay contact seems a bit high...

1.1 volts is too high...you need to what we say "walk the meter"...leave one lead of DMM on battery positive and check each connector before and after it from B+ to after X459...X184 is outboard of the battery and X420 is below the EVAP vent valve.

Thanks for informative reply.

I guess this is the X420 below the canister on this car.

Is the X184 located back battery ?

X420 is at the lower right of your picture...it is beneath the EVAP vent valve...that is not the EVAP canister...X184 is between the battery and fender and is the blue connector...it is easier to access with battery removed.

This car has problems with a "service electrical system" for three years but no workshop had any success on theire troubleshooting.
I used my SnapOn Modis to log files when driving with the car owner today .

The messages in DIC seems to happen when these voltage drops appear on the Shopstream data viewer below .
The message appear when the rprm goes a bit to low and he should have shifted down and increased the rpm.
Maby this "small" engine shake cause some vibration in a connection somewhere (it is the first thing crossing my mind)

Do you know where these two datasignals(voltages) on the SnapOn are measured on the car ?

Is it C1:47 and C1:19 on the ECM (Ing 1 voltage from relay 44 and Ignition voltage from RUN CRANK relay ?)
Both drops approx. 2 volt at the same time....

A 0.2 volt drop will not cause the SES message...are there any DTC's current or history stored ??

The drop is 2.0 volt , not 0.2 volt. Drops from above 14 volt down to close to 12 volt twice.

But I am not sure where these voltage values shown in the scanner are measured on the car...

You still need to scan for DTC's...is the alternator voltage dropping at the alternator B+ cable ??...have you voltage dropped the charging system ??...is the battery good ??...I can't tell you EXACTLY where the voltage is measured inside the ECM...have you checked the ECM connectors ??
