Been looking for a used one forever and have decided to just pull the trigger on a new one and be over it. Now, which one?
Seems like BL3500SLX should do the trick but then I look at the 6000TL and 6000 TLX….maybe I should get one of those?
I’ll be using this for my C6, 2 Camrys and an Accord for oil changes and tire/wheel changes. Suggestions?
I got the 5000TL as I also do my 2018 Trackhawk with it. The pads where you put the lift blocks are only just narrow enough to contact the jack puck points on the C6
So I use a piece of wood across the lift instead, works fine.
A good piece of equipment. Very fast to plug, unplug and jack up and down etc.
I have the discontinued 5000 SLX and it works great for my C5 Z and I used it for my Mom's Toyota Highlander with zero issues. Be sure to measure your lift point locations especially if you're using lifting pucks, some of the larger units may not line up with the puck locations.

You'll want the TLX for the Camrys due to lift point spread. You'll also want to get pinch weld protector lift blocks.
Value Add Edit:
Found this to work very well for simplifying positioning / moving. Start at 3:54 for relative content. Included timestamp in link but didn't take for some reason:
Does the 7000 still clear the C6? I am also interested in that model.
The 7000TL will work but it does not align with the lifting pucks, I use a piece of 1/2" plate across the frame of the QJs with smaller rubber blocks in order to align with the rear lifting pucks for my c6. My car is lowered with side skirts so I have to drive up on blocks in order to get high enough to place the quickjacks underneath, pain in the *** but worth it if I need to get the car up higher. Works for my son's F150 very well.

Ah ok - ya I have a Ram 2500 and a Durango as well and would like to lift all 3. I am not certain I understand what you mean about the 1/2" plate across the frame with smaller rubber blocks...any pics of that? Did you bolt that to the QJ frame? Sorry I have never used QJs before.
I got the tl-5000. I bought generic low profile blocks, they charge way to much for a pieces of rubber. I would say it covers about 50% of each puck, so I wouldn't go any longer with the tlx.
I love these jacks. Oil changes, brake jobs, suspension, love it.
I bought a quick-jack 10 yrs ago and the quick connect fittings leaked everytime I used it until I sold it 2 yrs ago.
I have seen some advertisements over the years where
the fittings were updated, so did they correct the leaking ?
My quick-jacks worked well for several years until they started up/down at different rates.
I replaced a check valve inside the tank once which solved problem briefly and then I quit using it.
I see that 6000lb Quick Jacks are $2000ish now. I got this 6000lbs mid-rise lift for under $3000 shipped to house.
It doesn't allow great access to middle and center under car but has great access to front and rear
Lift is extremely stable, lifts evenly, and lifts to 4 ft which is perfect height to stand doing work on wheels, suspension, etc...

What’s the brand name of that lift? Never seen one like that before

This is a TMG Industrial but there are several that make these and they are all very similar. Bend-pak, Atlas, etc.. Search for "mid-rise portable lift"
I like the lift but assumed the moveable arms would fit the width of the lifting pucks and they were a few inches shy so had to buy some longer arms that fit from a different brand.
NOTE: Measure width of lifting points on Vette (forgot what they were) and make sure the width of lifting arms of lift will work.
ALSO: Will need to either make or purchase ramps because Vette is too low to drive over lift. I got set of Race Ramps that are full length.
These are movable but need a place to leave it. I have a 3 car garage and leave it where I park my truck and drive over the lift.
Vette is parked in the winter so will park Vette on ramps and leave lift under the Vette
Thanks for all the advice. I’ve been trolling the QuickJack website waiting for an open box or refurb model and there’s been nothing there for weeks….until this morning! Picked up a 5000 for $1065. Can’t wait to get it home!

I was wanting to grab up a refurb 5000TL for $1065. He had one left and it appears you grabbed it! Ha!
I ended up getting a 7000TL for $80 more.
