Default Shock lower bolts spinning

I am trying to remove my mag ride shocks on the front. The two lower bolts are spinning and not coming out of the lower control arm. There must be some nut up inside the control arm that is spinning? One bolt has a plastic retainer or something under the control arm that I can feel, and the other one does not and just has the bottom of the bolt that I can feel. I assume these are original shocks. 107,000 miles. Base. Does anyone have any tips to get this done?

They don't thread into the control arm. They have 13mm nuts on them.Probably need a deepwell socket to reach them.

Thanks, got it figured out. This was an easy one. Sometimes late at night I am mentally tired and frustrated and just quit for the night and send out a post for an easy answer. Should have just kept going on my own, but this job is getting long!
