Default Front wheel bearing failure

I replaced the front left wheel bearing when I bought the car. Now 3 years later and only 7k miles, it has failed again. I used a Timken as I thought they were good bearings.
Could something else be causing the bearing failure? I don’t have alignment issues that I know about.
What is a good bearing?
Did I just get a bad bearing? I know it happens, but it sucks when it happens to you.

Last I knew, Timken was about as good as it gets. Who knows today, with almost everything coming from China. Maybe OEM?

Do you have aftermarket rims and/or wheel spacers?

I do have aftermarket wheels. I put new tires on around the time I did the bearing. I’ve never had any vibration. No spacers.

I moved away from Timken a few years ago due to folks coming back with issues, (I run a small shop from home on the side). They only have a 12 month warranty while others like SKF and Mevotech have 5 years 60k.
Acdelco is two years unlimited miles. Timken has the same warranty as $40 ones at Rock Auto.

Interesting. The Mevotech are $50 and the Timken are $150. SKF are in the middle.

Timken used to be great, but also used to be made here. FM and others use to be great too. Now it's a craps shoot with any brand.

I've changed the bearings all around several times over the last 150K. Got Moog bearings the last time (22K so far). They are quiet and work.

The SKF X-tracker hubs are the gold standard for track cars. I don't think any other brand comes close.
