Pushrod Length

Put in a stage 3 cam, upgraded rocker roller andlifters. Having trouble getting pushrod length right.Put in hardened 7.4" rods, stock length, dependingwhat valve Spring is compressed one or tworockers will have up and down play. First rocker shown has adjustable 7.425" rod and play is quite minimal, compared to the stock one that has play. Should I go ahead and get the 7.425" rods? The rest are tight and only have side to side play

Ideally get an adjustable pushrod and measure them. It does not take that long. Then you can order whatever size suits.

Okay, I'll double check some measurements from base circle to see how it looks, I think the stock 7.4" length should be within the 30-50 thousands preload
