Repainting my calipers and noticed these worn out bushings. What are they called and how hard to replace? Will I need an alignment after replacing?

you need to re-set the toe, you can learn to do it yourself. You don't need a full alignment but they will likely charge you for a full alignment even though it will take about 2 minutes to correct.
If you track the car, those boots melt. You should wrap both the tie rod boots and lower control arm boots front and rear with some sort of thermal barrier

So I have to replace the tie rod ends? Should I upgrade the parts? What does it take to reset the toe? Do i need special tools?
Thanks for the help.

yes, there aren't any boots that fit them properly. If they aren't loose (ie lift the car and "jiggle" the wheel) they aren't going to fail immedialtly, but you are losing grease and letting contaminants in.

I wouldn't look for an upgrade, only option is bump-steer kits and they is another can of worms

These are easy to change. You can match the length adjustment of the new one to your old one to maintain your current alignment.

Mark the buckle before you start with a sharpie, then count the turns it takes to remove it. Reassemble doing the same, in reverse. This should get you pretty close to where you were.

Or, get a 4-wheel alignment done.
