What do you mean by “multi-metered my alternator and only getting 12 volts TO it” ??…are you checking at the alternator or at the battery terminals ??

At the alternator. However now today with some more light I'm almost certain it's my Harmonic Balancer going out, video attached. Would explain why I was having such a problem with accessories. HB is covered in metallic liquid

You’d be seeing more a P0300 from a wobbly HB than alternator charging issues.

I did get a P0300 before I installed the new alternator and new battery. Stated that in the orignal post

You may be chasing 2 separate issues…sorry but can’t give you a diagnosis over the internet.

The B1325 may have set if your battery voltage may have below 9 volts due to the alternator…as far as the random misfire there can be MANY causes…you may need to check the alternator connector if your new alternator is not charging properly.
