Has anyone had any issues with their lowering/stability bolts loosening over time? I had this happen to me at the track a few weekends ago and had a ton of wear damage from the tires.
The lowering bolt is loosening, effectively lowering the car by itself.
I highly doubt that the bolts will loosen and turn on their own. More likely the suspension is settling, the pads are wearing in and gap closing that way.

I thought the same. I recorded the install and last time I adjusted them (after posting about front end lift/float) I made sure I had a little over .5" rake. I counted threads visable. It 100% loosened. I'll mark the threads before my trackday this weekend and see if anything changes more/again.
Was just curious if anyone had experienced this and if I should be removing these bolts and replacing them

I have had the springs droop/sag. I was dropping about 1" per track day, but the bolts were not turning. The race shop I bought my replacement springs from said it was somewhat common, and likely a crack on or within the spring.
On my replacement springs with plastic pads instead of rubber, I added a jam nut to prevent turning. The plastic ones spin easily even with load. I've never seen the rubber ones turn though. Too much friction.
I had issue with one of mine rotating lower (left rear) I put nuts under all of em, and locked em. I mean, remove leveler, thread nut onto it, replace leveler, now it has a nut underneath the leaf spring, the nut cinches to the underside of the insert.
Not the quickest or easiest solution, but most permenant I think.
