Gas tank issue
Just traded my C5 for a 2007. It was a quick deal because I had a previous engagement I had to get to. It had a little less than half a tank and a 167 mile range. When I finally got to the gas station, it indicated it had 43 mile range and near empty. I set the hose and it shut off around 6-7 gallons, so I started filling manually at a slower rate. It shut off at 13 and change. Got in and it showed tank was full and 327 mile range. Any idea why this would happen? Thanks for help!

Could the the level sensor in the tanks just need some cleaner added. Run a few bottles of Techron and this many times is able to clean the contacts on the level sensors to get them reading accurate again.
